RV Rental Information

Oak Grove offers several RV Rental Lots. Our lots are available for 6 or 12 month rental periods only, we do not offer nightly, weekly, or monthly lot rentals. To learn more about our rental plans, see the RV Rental Plans below. An RV Application is required before rental is approved. If you are interested in more information about our plans, please complete the RV Information Request Form (below). Plans & Rates for 2023/ 2024 Season

Seasonal (Nov 1 – April 30) is $5,750. $200 is due with the RV  Application. $2,775 is due by November 1.  $2,775 is due by January 1. Cancellation requires a 90 day written notice. 

Annual (May 1 – April 30) is $8,280 and may come and go as you please. For your convenience, payment is made via ACH at $690/month. Cancellation requires a 90 day written notice. 

Six and Six (Nov 1 – Oct 31) is $6,432. You occupy your RV Nov 1 – April 30 (you can come and go as  you please) and do NOT occupy your RV from May 1 – Oct 31 (but you store your RV on your RV site). For  your convenience, payment is made via ACH at $536/month. Cancellation requires a 90 day written notice.

Summer (May 1 – October 31) is $4,800. $200 is due with the RV Application. $2,300 is due by April 1.  $2,300 is due by July 1. Cancellation requires a 90 day written notice.

Guidelines for RV Rental Lots

The most common questions are related to these topics:

• Occupancy - Only two RVers may occupy a site. One must be at least 55 years old and the other at least 40.

• Pets - Only 1 pet may occupy a site. It must be under 25 pounds.

• Motorcycles - No motorcycles are allowed on the Oak Grove property.
