Home Rental Information

The Oak Grove Cooperative does not handle the rental of individual homes. However, some of our owners do rent out their mobile homes during the year. A resident volunteer connects prospective renters with homeowners as a helpful service and holds no responsibility aside from connecting the parties. Our volunteer will coordinate the exchange of contact information only. All communications between prospective renters and rentors is their own responsibility.

Guidelines for Home Rentals

Proposed Tenant(s) will not be able take possession of property until Oak Grove HOA has authorized approval.

Renters are required to follow the Rules & Regulations of Oak Grove (524KB, 7pp). 

Proposed Tenant(s) must complete the following steps before approval will be given:

    1. Complete an application for residency,

    2. Submit completed background check form(s),

    3. Pay application fee for each person made out to “Oak Grove HOA”,

    4. Have an interview prior to renting, and

    5. Submit a pet registration form (if applicable).

Paperwork for proposed tenant(s) will be provided by the Park Office to the rentor or rentee as appropriate.
