The Oak Grove Cooperative offers its residents Old Florida Style living in a quaint little paradise setting, just moments away from the beautiful beaches of Englewood, Florida. We are a resident-owned, 55+ community with a combination of full-time and part-time residents that make the community a wonderful place to live. 

Our Cooperative is a Homeowners Association made up of all homeowners within the park, with an elected Board of Directors who manage the park with the assistance of the Park Manager. A variety of seasonal scheduled activities are offered through the Acorn Club. In addition, the park offers many year round amenities for its residents. The Oak Grove Cooperative does not own or sell individual homes or lots, nor does the Park Office handle inquiries on properties listed for sale. Please be advised that we require prospective new owners to complete an Owner Application Packet which must be approved prior to purchase.
