RV Rental Information

Oak Grove offers several RV Rental Lots. Our lots are available for 6 or 12 month rental periods only, we do not offer nightly, weekly, or monthly lot rentals. To learn more about our rental plans, see the RV Rental Plans below. An RV Application is required before rental is approved. If you are interested in more information about our plans or would like to be added to our wait list for the rental lots, please complete the RV Information Request Form (below).

Plans & Rates

Our Annual plan is $8,280 per year and you may come and go as you please throughout the year. Utilities are included in the annual rate, with up to $100/month for electricity. Electrical overage is billed quarterly. For your convenience, payment is made monthly through ACH. Cancellation requires a 90 day written notice. 

Our Six and Six plan is $6,660 annually. Your RV remains year round on your assigned lot site at Oak Grove. You may occupy your RV Nov 1 – April 30 (coming and going as you please), but may NOT occupy your RV from May 1 – Oct 31. Utilities are included in the annual rate, with up to $100/month for electricity. Electrical overage is billed quarterly. For your convenience, payment is made monthly through ACH. Cancellation requires a 90 day written notice.

Our Summer (May 1 – Oct 31) plan is $4,800 for summer only. You may come and go as you please throughout the summer. Utilities are included in the rate, with up to $100/month for electricity. Electrical overage is billed quarterly. $200 is due with the RV Application. $2,300 is due by April 1 with the remaining $2,300 due by July 1. Cancellation requires a 90 day written notice.

Guidelines for RV Rental Lots

The most common questions are related to these topics:

• Occupancy - Only two RVers may occupy a site. One must be at least 55 years old and the other at least 40.

• Pets - Only 1 pet may occupy a site. It must be under 25 pounds.

• Motorcycles - No motorcycles are allowed on the Oak Grove property.
